Nearby Allies are cleansed of 1 condition and are immune to knockdown effects for (1...5) seconds.
Disbelief : hexes / conditions / crowd controlling type shouts.
Cause and Effect
10 energy, 2 cast, 10 recycle
All adjacent foes have a 20% increased attack speed for {10...3} seconds. Each time an ally is struck with an attack by a foe under the effects of Cause and Effect they are healed for {5...15} damage.
Cesta Mastery: For every 2 ranks in Cesta Mastery, your off-hand items provide +1 Energy.
Whirling Chakrams
5 energy, 1/4 cast, 5 recycle
Melee Attack. Spin around in a wild circle, attacking all adjacent enemies with (5...15) damage. Each enemy struck by Whirling Chakrams has a (1...3)% to be knocked down for 1 second.
Basically, this class would be useful for removing conditions from party members, and causing new effects on enemies like this:
Surreptitious Denial
10 energy, 1 cast, 3 recycle
Spell. Target enemy loses their current target and un-equips their weapon for (2...5) seconds. If Surreptitious Denial is interrupted, you lose (10...5) energy and are affected by exhaustion.

Instill Morale
5 energy, 3 cast, 10 recycle
Shout. All party members receive +10 armor and +5 energy for (5...15) seconds. Each party member is healed for (10...20) damage. For each party member healed this way, you lose 1 energy.

Spell. Target enemy is knocked down and suffers from cripple for (3...9) seconds. If the target enemy was already crippled, they suffer from Weakness and Dazed for (1...5) seconds. This spell causes exhaustion.
